Hey y’all my name is Jacob Burgoon. I have been married to my wife Allison for 14 years and we have two beautiful children, Jake and Molly. We are from a small town here in North East Alabama. 

Here at Southern Ridge, we know that being from the south a good hat isn’t just an accessory, it’s often used to define who you are and every hat tells a different story. Whether you’re hunting, fishing or headed to the Friday night lights, I can guarantee your favorite hat is going with you. 

All throughout North East Alabama you’ll find the most beautiful mountain regions that encompasses your Southern Ridge’s that stretches as far as the eye can see. However, we know that one day these things will be no more. That’s why our motto is Isaiah 54:10.  

“For the mountains shall depart And the hills be removed, But My kindness shall not depart from you, Nor shall My covenant of peace be removed,” Says the Lord, who has mercy on you.”

Our goal isn’t to just make a great hat, but to bring to life God’s promise of kindness through his creation the “Southern Ridge”
